This webinar explores how EFT can be used to safely and powerfully access, soothe, and re-integrate inner child parts within a therapeutic context. You’ll learn a structured yet flexible approach to combining EFT with inner child work, allowing clients to resolve unmet developmental needs with compassion and depth.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the foundations of inner child work and its relevance to EFT.
  • Learn how to safely guide clients to connect with younger self-states using tapping.
  • Develop skills to integrate parts work and reparenting techniques within EFT sessions.

AGENDA

Lecture & Brief Discussion (60 min) - Learn how EFT can be used to safely access and heal inner child parts. This session blends practical tools, real-life examples, and therapeutic insights to help address unmet emotional needs through tapping and reparenting techniques.
