Come join us to find out the truth about suicide and the holidays, and learn some ways to combat loneliness, stress, and disappointment. This session will explore the emotional challenges that can surface during the season and offer practical guidance to help navigate them effectively.

Whether you work directly with clients, want to understand how to support those around you, or are struggling during the season, this session equips you with knowledge that can reduce the pressure and stress, and save lives. Join us to gain valuable insights, practical tools, and hope during a season when they’re needed most.

Josephine Ridley

Dr. Josephine Ridley, Ph.D., clinical psychologist, and owner of Ridley Behavioral Health, LLC, is an international speaker and expert in suicide prevention and diversity. Dr. Ridley consults for state and national organizations, teaches at Case Western Reserve University, and leads trainings on mental health, resilience, and trauma, inspiring change and saving lives through practice, education and research.
